Ingredients for Temaki Recipe

  • 6 leaves of seaweed
  • 430 ml water
  • 320 g sushi rice
  • 1 tea tablespoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 400 g salmon, finely chopped
  • 5 Cucumber, julienne, finely cut ,
  • Sesame
  • Black Seed
  • Pickled Ginger
  • Soya Sauce

How To Make Temaki ?

  • After washing the rice in plenty of water, boil it in boiling salted water until cooked.
  • In a bowl, whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add to rice and mix.
  • Place the rice inside the moss leaves, fill it with cucumber and salmon, then fold it in the shape of a funnel.
  • Serve with sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, soy sauce and pickled ginger. Bon appetit.

What are the Tips for Temaki Recipe?

  • The content of Temaki can be changed according to your taste. You can use any fish or vegetable you want.
  • You can season the mayonnaise and use it in it.
  • You can add the protein you will use in it by frying.
