Ingredients for the Tempura Recipe


  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 glass of ice water
  • 3 cleaned shrimp
  • 1 long slice of carrot
  • 2-3 slices of mushrooms
  • 2-3 slices of zucchini< li>1 fresh onion, cleaned
  • Soy sauce

For frying:


< h3>How to Make Tempura Whisk eggs, flour and iced water well in a bowl. Dip the shrimp, carrot, mushroom, zucchini and spring onion into the flour mixture. Heat the oil in a deep pan. First, fry the carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and spring onions, then the shrimps in hot oil.

Take it on a paper towel and drain the oil. Serve with soy sauce on the side. Enjoy your meal.
