Plate method of slicing tomatoes
- Put a layer of small tomatoes on a plate.
- Turn a second plate upside down onto the tomato layer.
- Make sure that the plates do not slip.
- Take a sharp knife and carefully cut between the panels while holding the top panel.
- Carefully open to freshly cut tomatoes!
