Tomato Noodle Soup Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
¾ cup of barley vermicelli
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
½ cup of tomato zest
6 glasses of water
½ bunch of parsley
Take the butter in your soup pot and melt it.
Add the vermicelli on it and fry it until it turns colour.
Add tomato paste. and continue frying.
Add grated tomatoes and continue frying.
Then drain and stir until boiling.
When it starts to boil, turn to low heat and cook until the barley noodles are soft.
When your soup is ready, add finely chopped parsley and serve hot.
