How to Make Tortilla?
Take the cornmeal in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add salt and warm water little by little and mix it to form a solid dough. Break off small balls from the dough. Prepare a 10 cm dough sheet with a rolling pin from each ball. Cook on both sides on a Teflon pan or sheet.
