Cheese Tray Pastry Ingredients
4 pieces of dough
Butter – to grease the tray
Ingredients for Liquid Mortar
2 glasses of milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
½ cup of sunflower oil
Ingredients for the Break
1 cup of feta cheese – grater< br/> 1 glass of fresh cheddar – on a grater
1 bunch of parsley

Before;< /h3>
Grate your cheeses.
Finely chop your parsley.
For liquid mortar;
Add milk, egg, yogurt and sunflower oil to a mixing bowl and whisk well.
To assemble;
Grease your baking tray with butter.
Lay your phyllo pastry on your baking tray in a way that it hangs out and sprinkle the liquid mortar you prepared on it.
Cool the second phyllo so that it fits perfectly inside your tray and sprinkle with the liquid mortar.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and parsley inside.
Place the third phyllo on it by crumpling it in the same way that it fits inside your tray and sprinkle with the liquid mortar.
Fourth. Prepare the phyllo in the same way and cover the saggy phyllo on it and spread it with the liquid mortar.
Then slice your pastry and spread the liquid mortar around the edges of each slice.
Sprinkle black cumin seeds in the middle of each slice and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Let it rest a bit when it comes out of the oven and serve warm.
