Two Colored Revani Recipe

First of all, let’s prepare the syrup, it will be warm, sweet and hot.

For the sherbet, let’s take water and sugar in a pot and boil it by mixing, add lemon juice a few minutes before pouring the sherbet.

Let’s take it from the stove and let it cool in a corner.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar.

Let’s add melted oil on it and continue mixing.

Let’s add flour, semolina, baking powder, vanilla to the mixture and mix.

Let’s pour the mortar we prepared into a medium-sized tray (oiled).

Let’s cook at 200 degrees until golden brown.

After the cake of the dessert is baked, let’s give the syrup and wait in a corner until it absorbs the syrup.

After taking the sweet syrup, let’s cut round shapes with a tea glass.

Let’s take the remaining pieces on a plate and add coconut and cocoa into it and mix.

Let’s place these pieces properly on the round desserts we cut.

Let’s decorate the top of our dessert with whipped cream and serve it.

Enjoy your meal…
