Vegetable Soup Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion – diced into small cubes
1 potato – diced into small cubes
2 medium carrots – finely chopped
1 celery – finely diced
1 zucchini – finely diced
5 thin slices of fresh ginger
6 glasses of water
Juice of 1 orange
Chop the onion, celery, carrot, zucchini and potato into small cubes.
Put the olive oil and butter in your soup pot. Add the onion and turn it over. After boiling over medium heat, cook it on low heat.
When your soup is cooked, pull everything out with the help of a shredder.
Take it off the stove, add orange juice and serve.
