Material List of Veiled Rice

2 glasses of rice
A tea glass, vermicelli
Half a tea glass, olive oil
2 tablespoons, butter
1 glass of water
For the ground beef mixture
Half a kilo of edible ground beef
Black pepper, preferably 1 piece

First of all, let’s take the rice in a strainer, pour warm water on it and strain it. We take vegetable oil in a rice cooker, add the butter, and when the butter melts, we add the vermicelli and mix. Let’s add the sorted and washed rice into the roasted vermicelli and fry the rice together with the vermicelli for a while. When the rice is roasted, let’s add the boiled water on it, so that the amount of water exceeds the beer on the rice. While the rice is cooking, let’s prepare the mincemeat, we won’t add any extra oil because the mince is greasy, let’s take the mince in a medium-sized pan, cut the pepper thinly, add the cut peppers to the mince cooked in the pan with its own steam, and fry it together for a while. And let’s take it from the stove, let the cooked rice rest for a while, make a bowl of the rested rice and make it upside down on the serving plate, put it on the roasted ground beef and serve it to the service.
