Hello, today, as the E-Recipes team, we are with you with the Wet Cookie Recipe. We made the recipe for wet cookies after the wet cake, we liked it very much as a team, we split into two as a team, and those who said it was delicious and those who said it looked amazing remained the same. The last word, as always, is left to you, our valued visitors. We hope you like and recommend our recipe as we do.

Since we will use the syrup for the Wet Cookies cold, let’s first prepare the syrup. The ingredients for the cookies should be at room temperature. Let’s bake the cookies until they are cracked. You can serve it to your guests with our pastry recipes, muffin recipes, different salad recipes and desserts with milk and sherbet.

1 water glass of sugar
2 eggs
50 grams of cocoa
200 grams of butter
1 pack baking powder
3 glasses of flour
Ingredients for sherbet
1.5 glasses of sugar
1.5 glasses of water
4 drops of lemon juice
For:
Optionally, you can sprinkle coconut, pine nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts after baking)

How to Make Wet Cookies

Take butter and sugar into the mixing bowl, let’s knead well, Let’s add the eggs, add the sifted flour and cocoa and continue kneading. When it comes to the consistency (it will be a little hard dough), let’s break some small pieces from the egg, roll them and put them on a baking tray and put them in a hot oven at 200 degrees.

In the meantime, let’s prepare the syrup, for this, let’s take the sugar and water in a pot and boil it by mixing, let’s stop mixing after boiling, boil it for a few minutes on low heat, add lemon juice, bring it to a boil and take it from the stove. Let’s leave it in a cold place to warm up.

When the cookies are cooked (when the top is cracked), let’s throw them into the warm syrup, let it absorb the syrup, take it out of the syrup and put it on the serving plate. Let’s decorate it the way you want and serve it.

Enjoy yourselves…
