Ingredients for Beurre Blanc Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar< /li>
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • ¾ cup cream
  • Salt
  • 8 tablespoons butter, cut into 12 pieces< /ul>

How to Make Beurre Blanc?

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, fry the shallots. Add wine and vinegar and cook until water is absorbed.
  • Add the cream and salt and let it boil. Add the diced cold butter one by one and whisk.
  • The sauce is ready to use, bon appetit.
