Ingredients for Whole Wheat Lavash Recipe

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ tea glass of milk
  • 1.5 glasses of warm water

How to Make Lavash with Whole Wheat? h3>

  • Yeast, warm water and sugar are mixed in a bowl and allowed to swell.
  • After the yeast rises, milk and whole wheat flour are added and kneaded.
  • Let it ferment for half an hour.
  • Lemon-sized pieces are taken from the dough and rolled out.
  • Meringues are rolled thinly in round shapes with the help of flour and a rolling pin.
  • Lavages are cooked in a flat pan without oil.
  • After cooking, it is served in wraps or alongside meals. Bon appetit.
