Caprese Quiche Ingredients

 

Materials for Dough

400 gr. flour
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds – pounded
200 gr. butter – cold cubes
2 L size eggs – at room temperature
Salt

Ingredients for the Stuffing

2 heaped tablespoons of fresh cheese – cream cheese
1 egg
Salt
2 sprigs of fresh thyme

Toppings

1 – 2 tomatoes
½ zucchini
1 ball of mozzarella
Fresh thyme
Sea salt
Olive oil

For the dough;

Put flour, crushed coriander and Add salt and grind lightly.
Add the butter you have kept in the refrigerator and cut into cubes and continue to whisk.
Add the eggs one by one and continue to whisk.
Place the ends of your 28×11 cm rectangular tart mold on the bottom of your tart mold. Cut the greaseproof paper so that it overflows and put it on.

* If the bottom of your tart pan is coming off, you don’t need to lay the greaseproof paper.

Take your ready dough into your tart mold and spread it well with your hands.
Prepare it with raised edges.
Put baking paper on the base you prepared.
Pour legumes for blind baking on it. and bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Take your baked dough out of the oven and remove the legumes and baking paper.
Make holes in the bottom with a fork and take it back to the oven and bake for another 12 minutes.

For the stuffing;

Add fresh cheese, eggs, salt and thyme leaves into a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk.

* If your mortar is too thick, you can lighten it slightly with water.

For the top;

Slice the zucchini and tomatoes thinly.
Put the sliced ​​vegetables on a plate or in the oven. Take a tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

* This will allow the vegetables to dry slightly.

When your dough comes out of the oven, put the stuffing with cheese you prepared inside and spread it.
Next, arrange the tomatoes, zucchini and sliced ​​mozzarella cheese you have baked in the oven in rows.
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on the person you prepared.
Drizzle with sea salt and olive oil.
10 – 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees bake.
Remove your cooked person from the mold and slice and serve warm.
