Chicken Kievski (Ukraine)

8 chicken breasts (skin and bones removed and slightly flattened)
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 crushed clove
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
A little salt and pepper
1/ 2 glasses of flour
2 eggs (scrambled)
Breadcrumbs

Chicken slim their breasts by beating them between oiled paper.
Soften the butter by mixing it in a bowl. Add chopped parsley, cloves, garlic, salt and pepper and divide into eight equal parts.
Put this inside of the chicken breasts as shown in the picture and wrap it in the form of a roll; keep it in the refrigerator.
Dip the chicken wraps in the flour first, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. If available, place it in the strainer of the deep frying cabinet and fry it in hot oil or in a frying pan. Turn the fried chicken out onto the paper. Keep in the hot oven until serving time.
