Cone Ravioli Ingredients
3 pieces of phyllo
4 tablespoons of butter
Materials for Meat Mortar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion
2 green peppers
250 gr. ground beef
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 medium tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Ingredients for the topping
< br/> 3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
Divide the phyllo into 8 equal parts.
Divide each triangle you get in half and get a total of 48 long triangle pieces.
Wrap each piece with the help of a thin straw, wet the ends with water and stick them.
For the sauce with minced meat; Chop the onions and peppers for edibles.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the onions and peppers and fry them.
Add ground beef and continue frying.
When the minced meat is cooked, add tomato paste, finely chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and chili flakes and take it off the heat.
For the topping; Crush the garlic and mix it with yogurt.
Place the fried phyllo on a large flat plate.
Add garlic yoghurt and minced meat sauce on it, respectively.
Repeat the same process for the second floor.
Serve hot.
