Refrigerated Materials
100 gr. butter
1 tablespoon of flour – 20 gr.
2 cups of granulated sugar – 350 gr.
1 dessertspoon of rice flour – 10 gr.
850 ml. milk
1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa – 30 gr.
1 glass of dark chocolate
Add the butter to your pan and melt it.
Add the flour and stir gently with a whisk.< br/> Add granulated sugar and continue mixing.
Add rice flour and a little bit of milk to a separate mixing bowl and mix until it opens.
Add the rest of your milk into your pot and mix.
Add and continue mixing.
When your milk is slightly heated, add cocoa and cook for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Lay a stretch film on a rectangular glass container of 18×28 cm.
* It will be easier for you to work if you lay the stretch film on both the width and length and leave the edges long.
< br/> Then pour the mixture you have prepared into your stretch container.
If bubbles form on it, you can blow out the bubbles by hitting your counter.
Cover the long stretches on the edges.
Take your frig into the freezer and leave it for at least 5-6 hours.
Serve by slicing.
