Garlic Bread Balls Ingredients
Ingredients for Preyeast Yeast
1 heaping tablespoon of dry yeast – 10 gr.
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar< br/> 2 glasses of warm water

For the pre-yeast;
Add dry yeast, granulated sugar and water into a small mixing bowl and mix with a whisk until everything dissolves.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
For the dough;
Take the butter in a sauce pan and melt it.
Take your countertop kitchen machine to your counter.
Plug the kneading end of your machine.< br/> Put your flour in a mixing bowl.
Add the pre-yeast, crushed garlic and butter to your flour and mix first at low speed and then at high speed.
After mixing for 2 minutes, add salt and wait for it to mix for 10 minutes.
You will have a slightly soft dough.
Flour the surface of your counter and knead the dough lightly and put it in a mixing bowl.
Cover it with cling film so that it does not airtight and leave it to ferment for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
To combine;
When your dough is fermented, take your dough on the counter and knead a few turns to remove excess yeast.
Divide your dough into 15 equal parts.
put string cheese inside and roll them with your hands.
Grease your 26 cm locked cake mold with butter and put a circle of 4-5 cm in the middle.
Arrange the dough you prepared in your baking dish.
Cover with a cloth and let the tray ferment for 10-15 minutes.
Melt your butter in a sauce pan and add crushed garlic and mix it.
Brush them with garlic butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
In a preheated oven at 180 degrees Bake for 35 minutes.
Spread garlic butter on the breads that come out of the oven and serve.
