Ingredients for Taco Taco Recipe
For taco dough:
- Corn or wheat flour
- Water
- Salt
Salsa sauce:
- 1 large tomato
- A little parsley
- 1 small onion

Guacamole sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 red onion
- Concase tomato
- Parsley
- Salt

Tuna Fish Sauce:
- 160 Gr Tuna (a can)
- 1 capia pepper
- Parsley
- Canned corn
- Sliced olives
- Red onion
- Salt
- Lemon
How to Make Tacos with Plenty of Ingredients?
For taco dough
- Knead until you get a non-sticky consistency. Roll out thinly to get palm-sized dough and cook without frying too much. Put a weight between them and double it.
Salsa sauce:
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into quarters, remove the juicy part in the middle and chop the outer flesh into small pieces to obtain concase . Finely chop the other ingredients and mix them with salt and a little lemon juice.
Guacamole sauce:
- Free the avocado skin and pit, and mash with salt, pepper and lime. Add concase tomatoes, chopped onions and parsley into it.
Tuna Fish Sauce:
- Drain the oil of the tuna and put it in a bowl. Finely chop the capia pepper, onion and parsley and mix with the other ingredients.
After all processes are finished, fill the tacos as desired and serve.
