- 500 gr flour
- 25 gr sugar
- 12 gr salt
- 200 gr solid fat
- 10 g anhydrous oil
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 225 g water
How to make Sesame Breadcrumbs?
- Knead all the ingredients except water and yeast in a bowl.
- Whisk the water and yeast in a separate bowl. Slowly add to the mixture and continue kneading.
- Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, whisk 2 tablespoons of molasses with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Make long pieces of dough in the form of breadcrumbs and spread the molasses juice on it. You can cook it after drizzling sesame.
