Ingredients for the Azeri Leaf Wrap Recipe
- 200 g ground beef
- 100 g minced lamb
- 70 g baldo rice
- Grape leaves
- 3 onions
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Half a bunch of dill
- 3 dishes spoon of dried mint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 g butter
For presentation:
- Yogurt or Garlic Yoghurt
How to Make Azeri Leaf Wrap?
- We pass the onion and garlic through the food processor. Finely chop the greens.
- Add the minced meat, onions, greens, rice, salt and pepper to a bowl and knead well.
- Wash the leaves, remove the salt thoroughly and put them on the counter one by one.
- We put an average of 10 g of the stuffing on a leaf and wrap it.
- Place the prepared stuffing in the pot and add half a glass of boiling water.
- As soon as the leaves are cooked and softened, we add butter to it. When the wraps fall into the oil, we turn off the stove.
- We serve it plain or with garlic yogurt. Bon appetit.
