Revani Ingredients with Cardamom Sorbet
4 eggs
½ glass of granulated sugar
1 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of yogurt
1 water glass of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
1 glass of semolina
1 piece of orange zest
Ingredients for Sherbet
2.5 glasses of granulated sugar
3 glasses of water
5 pieces of cardamom
2 – 3 drops of lemon juice
For the syrup;
Add water and granulated sugar into a sauce pan, mix until the granulated sugar dissolves and let it boil.
Put your cardamom in a mortar and add it to your sherbet, crushed and boiled for another 5 minutes.
Lemon close to consistency. Add water, mix and remove from the stove.
Put it through a strainer in a mixing bowl and warm it.
For Revani;
Take the eggs in a mixing bowl and beat them with a mixer.
Add granulated sugar and continue whisking.
Sunflower Add the oil and yoghurt and whisk well.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla to your liquid mixture by passing through a strainer.
Then add the semolina and mix it from outside to inside with the help of a spatula.
Add it in and mix it for a round.
30 cm. Grease your diameter round glass baking dish with butter.
NOTE :
You can also bake in a 20×25 cm rectangular glass baking dish.
Put the revani mortar you prepared in your oven dish and preheated at 200 degrees. Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
After your revan is cooked, take it out of the oven and poke holes in it with a toothpick.
Let the ravioli rest for 5 minutes and pour the cooled syrup over it with a ladle.
Wait for the syrup to absorb and cool. .
Serve by slicing.
