Lentil Brownie

Lentil Brownie Ingredients

200 gr. butter
250 gr. dark chocolate – 2 cups
1 cup of green lentils – boiled
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar

Materials for the topping

Sea salt

Place your lentils in a saucepan and boil them until soft.
Drain your boiled lentils and put them in a mixing bowl.
Take the butter in a sauce pan and melt it.
Take your melted butter from the heat and add the chocolate into it and melt it by mixing it with a silicone whisk.
Add your melted chocolate into the lentils you have strained and mix well with the shredder tip of the hand blender.
Then add the cocoa and vanilla and keep beating.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until they turn white.
Add your lentil mixture to the egg mixture slowly and mix it by closing it from outside to inside with the help of a spatula.
30×15 cm. rectangular glass tube Grease the bottom of your bowl and line it with baking paper.
Add your brownie paste to the inside of your baking dish and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
After your brownie comes out of the oven, – Leave it in the oven dish to cool for 40 minutes.
When your brownie cools down, remove it from the mold and serve by slicing.
