Milky Yellow Lentil Soup Ingredients
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 glass of yellow lentils
2 tablespoons of rice
Salt
White pepper
5 glasses of water
½ glass of milk
Toppings
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Flakes pepper
Dried mint
Wash the yellow lentils and rice.
Add olive oil to your pot and heat it up.
Add the finely chopped onion and cook it until it softens.
Put the rice in your pot and mix it.
Add salt, white pepper and water and mix.
Cover the lid of your pot and cook it on medium heat until it boils, then cook it on low heat for 15 – 20 minutes.
Your soup is ready. When it is done, blend it with a blender until it is smooth.
Add the milk and mix it quickly, then take it back to the stove and boil it for 8 – 10 minutes.
Add olive oil to your pan and heat it.
Add chili pepper and dried mint and mix it.
Add it into your soup and mix it.
