Güllaç Ingredients with Cherry
20 – 25 quarter gullaç leaves
4 glasses of milk
1 glass of granulated sugar
100 gr. hazelnuts – crushed
1 glass of cherries
Materials to decorate
6 – 7 cherries
Powdered pistachios
Put your pot on the stove and put the milk in it Add in the sugar. wet it and pour it into your small round glass bowl.
Keep soaking the gullaç until your gullaç leaves are halfway.
Then, divide the crushed hazelnuts, sour cherry seeds and the cherry juice remaining on the gullaç on top of it.
Other Prepare your Güllaç leaves in the same way and decorate with 6 – 7 cherries on top and leave to cool.
When you are going to serve, decorate the remaining parts of your Güllaç with powdered pistachios as you wish and serve by slicing.
You can serve it with milk.
