Mucver Pastry Ingredients in Puff Pastry
12 pieces of square puff pastry
1 piece of zucchini
1 piece of carrot
2 eggs
¼ vineyard of dill
¼ bunch of parsley
¼ bunch of mint
100 gr. feta cheese
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of flour
2 teaspoons of chili pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Ingredients for the topping
Black Seed
Grated the zucchini and carrot.
Squeeze the zucchini and carrot thoroughly and remove the water.
Chop the parsley, dill and fresh mint finely.
Crush the feta cheese by hand.
Mix all ingredients except puff pastry thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
Soak the puff pastry at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Oil your muffin tin.
Place the slightly softened puff pastry in muffin tins with 4 corners out. Pierce the forked base parts, then divide the dough you prepared into the puff pastry.
After decorating it with black cumin seeds, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
