Palm Cookie Ingredients
3 rectangular puff pastry dough
¾ cup of granulated sugar
1.5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2 – 3 tablespoons of honey
Cut your dough 1 finger width.
Take your baking paper on your counter and take your prepared cinnamon rolls on the counter. Put the granulated sugar on it.
Put the dough you cut on the sugar and cover all sides with sugar.
Roll the dough halfway up, starting from the short edge.
Roll the other short edge in the same way and place the wide side on the counter with your hand. Press it down.
Coat all sides with sugar again and place on the baking tray covered with baking paper.
Prepare the other doughs in the same way.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and remove from the oven.
Apply honey on and around the edges with a brush and Take them back to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Take your cookies out of the oven and cool slightly.
Serve them with powdered sugar if you wish.
