Frying Pan Cookie Ingredients
Materials for Cake
2 eggs
Two fingers missing from 1 glass of sugar
½ glass of Sunflower butter
½ cup of milk
1 cup of flour
½ cup of cocoa
1 pack of vanilla
1 pack of baking powder
For Cookie Dough Ingredients
400 gr. butter
1 glass of granulated sugar
½ glass of brown sugar
1 packet of vanilla
2 tablespoons of honey
2 eggs
5 glasses of flour< br/> 1 pack of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1.5 cups of dark chocolate
Ingredients for the Pastry
200 gr. labneh cheese
1 handful of dried blueberries
3 – 4 tablespoons of sour cherry jam
For the cake;
Beat the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl, then add the liquids and continue whisking. Finally, add flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder, mix and pour it into the round oven dish that you greased beforehand and leave it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take your baked cake aside and let it cool down.
For the cookie dough;
Take all the ingredients except the chocolates in a bowl and knead well.
Then add the chocolates and add them to the mixture and mix the mortar into 2. Divide.
Put your pan on the stove, spread half of your cookie dough on the bottom and put the pan on the fire and turn it on. In the meantime, break your cooled cake into small pieces with your hands and put it in a mixing bowl. Add labneh cheese and mix it well.
Take the cookie dough out of the oven and put it on the counter.
Spread the cheese mixture in the pan with this cake, which has become a slightly moist dough, and spread it on the cookie dough you have pre-baked. Sprinkle dried blueberries on top and drizzle with cherry jam.
Cover the remaining cookie dough well on top of them.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes and take it out of the oven.
Transfer your pancake on a wire, leave to cool and serve by slicing.
