Ingredients for the Filling Smoothie Recipe

  • 1.5 bananas (Frozen)
  • 1 cup of ice/water
  • 200 ml milk (Preferably almonds) milk)
  • 4 dates (Seeds removed)
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ

How to Make a Fully Smoothie?
