Spinach Balls Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
1 onion – grater
5 – 6 handfuls of spinach – 400 gr.
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika flakes
1 glass of flour
1 glass of cheddar cheese – grated
1 glass of unsalted white cheese
1 egg

Put your pan on the stove and heat it.< br/> Take the butter in it and melt it.
Add the grated onion into the melted butter and sauté it.
Chop your spinach and add it to the pan and continue sautéing.
Add salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and mix .
Add the flour and fry a little.
When the flour is lightly roasted, put it in a mixing bowl and mix it to cool a little.
Add grated cheddar and white cheese into your slightly cooled mortar and mix it thoroughly.
When it cools down, add the egg and everything comes together. how much to mix.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the mortar you prepared and roll them out.
Dip the balls you prepared in egg white and bread crumbs respectively.
Put your pan on the stove, add sunflower oil and heat it.
Put the balls you prepared into the oil and cook until both sides are golden.
