Ingredients for the Recipe for Tripe Stew

  • 500 g cleaned beef tripe
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil< li>1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic< /li>

How to Make Tripe Stew?

  • The cleaned tripe is washed in water, then water is added and cooked until it softens.
  • The softened tripe is cut into cubes.
  • Oils are melted in a saucepan. Chopped onions are fried.
  • When the onions start to take on color, tomato paste is added and roasted until their odor is released.
  • The tripe is cooked over low heat after adding spices, crushed garlic and the boiling water of the tripe.
