Ingredients for the Liver Terin Recipe
- 50 g sugar
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 10 shallots, finely chopped
- 300 g butter
- 800 g chicken liver, cleaned
- Salt, pepper

How to Make Liver Sweat
- Sugar and take the water in the pot and cook it until it turns color.
- Add the shallots into it. Cook for about 10 minutes until the shallots turn colour.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the chicken livers, season with salt and pepper. Cook until it turns colour. Cool it down.
- Mix the liver and onions in a food processor until pureed. Gradually add the butter. Strain the puree into a bowl.
- Transfer to a container and leave for 1 night until hardened. When cool, serve with pickles and sourdough bread. Enjoy your meal.
