Oyster Mushroom Saute

2 packs of oyster mushrooms
Half an onion
3 tablespoons of butter
3 grated tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, paprika
1 pinch of salt

Wash and clean your mushrooms. Soak in lemon water if necessary. Wait so they don’t darken. Since some of the mushrooms are quite large, I cut them into small pieces. You can chop it any way you want. You can even roast it big. Take your butter in the pan and heat it. Chop your onion the way you want and put it in the pot. Dry well. Put your mushrooms in the pot and start roasting them on high heat. Add your garlic and grated tomatoes. Cook until your mushrooms are as firm as you want them to be. Add your salt and spices last.
