Ingredients for the Peach Hot Shrimp Recipe

  • 12 – 16 large shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 bunch coriander or parsley (Chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1 clove of garlic (Crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger< li>1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the peach sauce

  • 3 – 4 medium firm peaches (Peeled and diced)
  • 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint (Chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Chili Shrimp with Peach?

  • Take the peach and onion in a bowl, lime juice, honey Stir after adding mint and salt.
  • Mix the garlic, coriander, curry and ginger in a bowl and after dipping the shrimps in this mixture, fry them in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides in medium heat.
  • Put the peach sauce in a serving glass and serve after placing the shrimps.
