Ingredients for the Miserable Cookie Recipe
- Half a glass of softened butter
- 2 eggs
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 3 glasses of flour
- Half a tea glass of coarsely ground walnuts
- 1 tea glass of raisins
- 1 package baking powder
How to Make Miserable Cookies
Add sifted flour in a bowl. Add the baking powder to it and mix it. Put the eggs, cinnamon, granulated sugar and butter in the dough kneading bowl and mix them with a wooden spoon. Add flour, walnuts and grapes and make a hard dough. Knead the dough until it has a sticky consistency. You can rest for 20 minutes after kneading. Finally, break off pieces of the dough with your hands and place them on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes until it turns pink.
