10 oval tomatoes
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
2 sticks of cinnamon
10 gr cloves
100 gr hazelnut ( Cinnamon and cloves can be replaced with barberry sugar)
Green pistachio, coconut for decoration
2-3 pcs of lemon salt
Wash the tomatoes and throw them in hot water. Soak in water for 5 minutes. Peel off the skins. Remove the seeds in the middle. Put 2-3 hazelnuts in it and close your mouth with cloves.
In a separate pot, put the sugar on the fire with just enough water to cover it.
Stir until the sugar dissolves. Put cinnamon, cloves and a little red sugar dye in it. When the syrup starts to thicken, put the tomatoes in it. Turn down the stove.
When the tomatoes start to absorb the syrup, add 2-3 pieces of lemon salt. Boil for another 5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve it by garnishing it with hazelnut, green pistachio and coconut.
