Materials for Noodle Soup

1 glass of vermicelli
3 glasses of hot water
1 tablespoon of margarine
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper

Noodle Soup Recipe

To make a delicious noodle soup, we first chop the pepper finely. After chopping our peppers, we put 1 tablespoon of margarine in the pot and let it melt. We throw our peppers into the margarine we melted in the pot and fry it a little. While our peppers are roasting, we add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and continue frying for a while.

What we need to pay attention to here and which will determine the time is that the roasted tomatoes are softened. After the tomatoes soften, we add our salt and 3 glasses of hot water and mix until it boils. When it starts to boil, we add 1 cup of noodle and leave it to boil for 10 more minutes. We do not neglect to stir while boiling. After 10 minutes, we can take our soup, which is now ready, into bowls; We can serve by adding parsley and lemon. Ingredients

• 500 g ripe tomatoes
• 1 glass of vermicelli
• 2 green peppers
• 8 glasses of water
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Mint
• Salt

How To Make Tomato Noodle Soup

1- Tomatoes are thoroughly washed and grated or chopped in a food processor. It is placed in a large saucepan and placed on low heat.
2- Immediately after, oil and chopped green peppers are added. It is cooked by stirring slowly with a wooden spoon.
3 – Water and salt are added to it, and after boiling, noodles are added.
4- When it boils for 30 -35 minutes, it is garnished with dry mint and removed from the fire.
It is rested for 5-10 – 15 minutes and made ready for service.
