Ingredients for Strawberry Cake Recipe

How to Make Strawberry Cake?

  • For sponge cake; Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.

  • Cut the cooked sponge cake in half, spread the pastry cream first, then sprinkle the chopped strawberries and croquant pieces on it. Place the second sponge cake layer on it. Release from the cream. Place all the strawberries with their leaves, cool them and slice them.
